Menaka Dances for Vishwamitra

Menaka is an Apsara - handmaiden to Indra. The sage Vishwamitra became more and more powerful as he meditated. Vishnu became worried that his power would rival that of the gods, so he sent Menaka to distract him from his study. This she did for nearly 10 years before he realized the ruse and left her to continue his meditation.
